译文：身体没有经历过饥饿和寒冷，就是上天对我最大的恩赐；学业没有进步，我用什么脸面面对苍天呢。赏析：人要懂得感恩知足，没有病痛折磨，没有挨冻受饿，就是人生最大的幸福。学业毫无进步，说明我们懈怠了，不读书，我们就不能获得先贤的思想精髓。
