子曰：“质胜文则野，文胜质则史。文质彬彬，然后君子。”
【译文】 孔子说：“一个人如果他的品质胜过文采就会粗野，文采胜过品质就会浮华。只有文采和品质配合恰当，才是君子。”
We cannot always build the future for our youth, but we can build our youth for the future.
不该说话的时候却抢着去说，这叫急躁；到该说话的时候却闭口不说，这叫隐瞒；不看别人的脸色便随便插嘴，这叫没有眼色。
The things that make us human are the things that make us vulnerable.
Do not be avaricious； do not be a recluse.
We read to know we are not alone.
