出自汉·桓宽《盐铁论·刺议》。专己，指刚愎自用。拒绝忠言直谏的人就会闭塞，一意孤释义：行的人就会孤立。治国安邦的人要认真听取别人的意见，不能拒纳谏言、一意孤行。
