出自唐代百丈禅师怀海的《无题》，意思是面对一切的人、事、地、物，有缘分就留下来，没有缘分就离开；就像在清风吹拂下的白云一样轻轻随风漂浮，悠闲自在，没有非如此不可的执著。

释义：应当成为秋霜，而不是围栏里的羔羊。  

真相是，生活既美妙又可怕，既迷人又恐怖，既甜蜜又苦涩，这就是一切。
