Wherever there is modularity there is the potential for misunderstanding: Hiding information implies a need to check communication.

Small changes in incentives can lead to large changes in behavior.

Not everything that is faced can be changed, but nothing can be changed until it is faced.

On motivation: "I strongly believe that missionaries make better products. They care more. For a missionary， it's not just about the business. There has to be a business， and the business has to make sense， but that's not why you do it. You do it because you have something meaningful that motivates you."

Time has no divisions to mark its passage, there is never a thunderstorm or blare of trumpets to announce the beginning of a new month or year.

The only way to survive is to keep moving forward.
