世俗烦恼处，要耐得下；世事纷扰处，要闲得下；胸怀牵缠处，要割得下；境地浓艳处，要淡得下；意气忿怒处，要降得下。
面对世俗的烦恼要能忍耐，处身纷扰的世事之中要能安闲，心中牵挂的事要能抛开，在功名利禄面前要淡然处之，心怀忿怒之时要能抑制住情绪。
学习的最好方式是教学。
