粮食尽量精，肉类尽量细。变质的东西不吃；变色的东西不吃，变味的东西不吃；烹饪得不好不吃；不是吃饭的时间不吃；切的不好看不吃；调味品不好不吃。肉类虽多，但不要吃过量。只有酒不限量，但不要喝醉。从集市上买来的酒肉不吃；每餐必有姜，但不多吃。
