译文：爽口的食物吃太多容易生病，高兴的事情过头容易生出祸患。赏析：再好的食物吃多了都会生病，不要为了口腹之欲，就口不择食。人遇到快乐高兴之事，心情自然就愉悦，可快乐过头了，人就会丧失理智，对事情不能做出理性的分析和选择，就会生出祸端。
