君子掌权临事，那么连小人都能变为君子，处在这种情况里，还不能成为君子的，那就是货真价实的小人了；小人弄权擅事，那么一般人都沦为小人，处在这种局面下，仍然不沦为小人的，那就是不折不扣的君子了。
