回顾21岁刚刚毕业时的自己，对于今天42岁的我来说，是一个稍微不太舒服的经历。可以说，我人生的前一部分，一直挣扎在自己的雄心和身边的人对我的期望之间。

译文：与别人不去争长短，常常懂得知足，心情就会平静没有忧愁担心。赏析：不与人争得失，惟求己有知能。事事争个输赢，比个高低，烦恼就会很多，灾难也就更多。如果放低姿态，懂得知足常乐，事情自然就会水到渠成。
