译文：做任何事不要都委托给他人，必须要身体力行，只有这样才能获得成功。做任何事不要固执己见，必须要多听从各种意见，才能避免后面出现的艰难。赏析：不管别人说事情是困难还是容易，自己不去亲身实践，永远都无法得出公正客观的结论。别人的经验不一定可靠，遇事要动脑思考，自己去尝试才行。做事前多听别人好的建议，对我们的行为肯定是有帮助的，只是我们不要盲从，要理性分析判断。
