过去
The past is what you remember, imagine you remember, convince yourself you remember, or pretend you remember.
Memory is the bridge between the past and the future.
We cannot change the past, but we can change how we view it.
The past is a foreign country; they do things differently there.
And when you do I want you to know this, remember this: there is no such thing as failure. Failure is just life trying to move us in another direction. Now when you’re down there in the hole, it looks like failure. So this past year I had to spoon feed those words to myself.
"The past is never dead. It's not even past."
"Memory is not a faithful record; it is an active reconstruction of the past."
To write is to confront the ghosts of the past and give them a voice in the present.
"El pasado no es un lugar al que volver, sino una materia con la que construir."
"El pasado es un país extranjero; allí hacen las cosas de otra manera."
"The past is never dead. It's not even past."
"Memory is a strange thing, it doesn't work like a camera or a tape recorder, it reconstructs things, it edits the past with the scissors of the present."
"The past is not something we leave behind; it's something we carry within us, shaping our present and future."
"History is not just about the past; it is a living entity that shapes our present and future."
"The past is not dead; it lives in the stories we choose to remember and retell."
The past is never truly gone; it lives on in the stories we tell.
"The past is never truly past; it lives in our stories and in our bones."
"The past is always present in our stories, shaping the way we see the future."
"The past is always present in our lives, whether we acknowledge it or not."
